To all students in Sec 2 (Exp)

The topics to be tested for SA2 (2010) are as follows:

1. Financial Arithmetic

2. Indices

3. Standard form

4. Graphs of Linear Functions

5. Graphs of Quadratic Functions

6. Algebra (expansion & factorisation, algebraic fractions, solving equations, simultaneous equations)

7. Statistics

8. Pythagoras' Theorem (trigonometry)

9. Similarity & congruency

10. Map scales & proportion

11. Mensuration

+ all Sec 1 topics

(You should notice you need to recall reasons for various angles when you reach similarity & congruency, remember what is net when you reach mensuration. Even the whole topic of statistics except assumed mean was taught last year...

Mathematics is taught through building on prior knowledge learnt. What you learnt in primary school & Sec 1 is the basic of what you learn this year & onwards.)

Format of SA2 paper is similar to SA1:

1. Write your answers on writing papers/graph paper provided.

2. Do not divide your paper into 2 columns

3. Underline all final answers

Set Language & notation will be tested in first test next year (Sec 3 (exp) CT1)

With constancy & purpose, all of you should do well.

okay, i have decided to update this blog today.
yesterday went librabry study with vanessa..
studied for about 5 hours liddat. tats quite a lot okay. den i came home and studied another 1 hour. Today, i have already done lit, and my hw for my cca. LOL.
n..
i will finish my mind maps by today. by hook or by crook. den study geog, maths, den science. n tat should take up abt the whole day. LOL.

okay, back to the library. saw a lot of ppl! :D :D :D first, when we went up to slack a lil, i saw.. DENNIS AND JIAJIE! :D hehe, hihi kors. den... i saw weiling korkor!!! (zachary lim now :P) haha den i call his name. den looked around. n saw me. den he come here den ask what im doing here haha. den i say study lorh. then he say he also. then he asked me wad time i came n i said 10. he say he didnt see me i say cuz ur eye kena stamped. den he tickle me, but i NOT SCARED. heehee. wah, i realise im very amture writing that : i not scared. -.- den he left. den vanessa say he very tall. aft tt we study until around 5. den she left. n i went up look for dennis n jiajie. den we were damn noisy. th toopid librabrian scold us. LOL.

ok. i wanted to walk to sch w dennis 1. cuz i realised that he lived near me haha. den my mum wanna go so must sit car :( den i met him at the gate. :) dne saw mrs lye n mrs aimi~! yay! den aft met with th rest in canteen. aft tt go talk to mrs lee. ^^ oh yea n saw vanessa chua also:) n her boyfriend. haha. den we go parade square play play abit. den i steal dennis hp. hehe! DEN. WAH. got fire. lantern on fire! den these grp of idiot kids go scold us for wth reason lah! =.=" toots. den den den den... erm.. juz talk talk lar. den aft tt around 8 i need to leave ler. so sad rgt :( den i walk off lors. den i dint expect got someone walk me out :) haha! dennis came to walk me out. aww, kor! so nice... haha den waited awhile den papa come. JIU MING AH.

9 September 2010: 2nd Pumachichi outing. (actually 1st official 1. :) cuz got evidence)

Lets start from the beginning. Many funny things happened during lesson time as well :)

7:54 - reached school ler.. SO EARLY RIGHT. budden when i stepped into the classroom, Jianlong and Nhien were already seated down reading history textbook and stuff.

8:15 - Vanessa and Fiona finally came....

8:15 to 8:30 - we were arguing abt whether bugis was further away from vivo or amk. n blah blah blah blah.. den show wad we wear aft tt..

8:30 to 9:50 - history extra lessons, nth funny actually happened. juz talk talk lorh.. n mr yong bought biscuitsfor us just in case we haven't eaten breakfast!!! so nice~!

10 to 10:45 - went opp coffeeshop to eat...

10:45 to 11:05 - stood outside AVT waiting for mr fadz. den we were trying n trying to jump up the high high wall thingy.. (den make me bruised all over. :( ) den aft tt maj Chong come scold. :X

MR FADZ COME ALR.

lesson time!! den he was taking attendance. when he called my name, my mind was thinking "here!" but what came out was a 3-sec long "HI!!" wth! i dunno wads wrong with me. den fiona vanessa n i kept laughing like shit. alot of ppl stare at me.. mr fadz laughed also... T.T den hor. aft tt jiu lesson lesson. i kept fiddling with my hair. cus i sleepy, den wanna lean back, but the loose ponytail kept getting in my way. so eventually i took it out. :) den thr was a time when i wanted to ask mr fadz sth, den i called out to him in 'Fluffy' tone.. den vanessa started laughing uncontrollably. LOL!!

so.
1:35 - FINALLY!!!
we came outta AVT, then my parents came.. got into the car den i started changing outa my sneakers n into the flats my mum brought me.. throughout the whole drive which took about 20 minutes, we were chatting with my mum. LOL!
at abt 2pm, we finally reached Iluma.. den cause i got stomachache den i go toilet poopoo. XD den changed into our stuff. i wore the white colour cartoon big big shirt with my pink skirt. den the black belt, and flower necklace.
Vanessa wore a pink tank top, a black cardigon, shorts, and a heart-shaped necklace. n slippers.
Fiona wore a dress.. quite short de.. n her school shoes. XD

den we went to cinema first thing aft tt, booked the tickets and went in. wah im telling u.. Step Up is the best movie i've ever watched. although i dun understand why they make street dancing look like a thing meant for pai kias.. anw, i shall not tell u the details. GO WATCH IT YOURSELF!!!

ok. during the movie many things happened. first. I. SPILLED. THE. WHOLE. BAG. OF. POPCORNS. JUST. LIKE. 2. YEARS. AGO. :'(. THEN. my phone rang. aft tt. i shall tell u about this ltr on.

about 4.15 we were out of the cinema and walking towards bugis junction. den we spent lotsa time looking for the toopid neoprint shop. den finally found it. we spent around 1 hour taking the neoprints. :) it was damn nice i tell you. 3 people, is the best number of people u can have in a clique. especially for girls. :) seriously. as compared to the last time i took my neoprints, this, was much much much better. firstly, there was lotsa space. secondly, everyone was close! :) n we all looked pretty. as compared to my last neoprint, i've grown up alot. :)

ok. so aft tt we chose wad we wanted and thn fiona left (u still owe me $3!! :P) den me n vanessa stayed around. she went to the toilet. while i stood outside waiting for her. while i was waiting, guess wad i realized? (give u a clue - i was abt to tell u abt this aft 'my phone rang during the movie') yes, u got it right.

good thing was, i didnt cry. here, i would like to express my greatest gratitude to my best friend ever. I LOVE U VANESSA... THANKS!!! she pei me go back iluma find my phone, but the person said we'll have to wait till the movie is over, which is abt 6 plus.. den i lie to my mum say my phone no batt and that i still shopping.. sigh~

so we wait lor. den we walked around iluma in the meantime. iluma nth much to shop de lors...

ok so abt 6.40 we went back, den gang gang hao i saw the staff holding to my phone! PHEW. lucky no one steal. Singapore rocks. :) ok. den, vanessa called my phone den it rang so i got it back. yay! thanks vanessa....

den aft tt i pei her till 7 plus to buy subway. :) so rich... den aft tt take mrt.. den kept missing the train cuz peak hour then a lot of people, no space. aft tt.. on the train we were chatting, laughing and poking fun of the ppl in the train XD haha, n took unglam photos! XD

aft tt i went home, n got shouted at by my mum. but aft a while, we began to chat abt the tv show again. LOL.

i feel like writing an essay on this stupid anti-show idiot.

Have you ever liked a celebrity so much that any anti-fans say anything bad about him, you would breakdown? You would be so hurt that you would try anything you can to salvage this matter and prevent that celebrity from hearing this and being hurt?

I have.

I can't understand what you think. You might think that it is absolutely fine to just say anything you want about the person you hate on facebook. But things aren't that simple. You never know what will happen to the victim. What you say bear consequences. you can easily kills someone with words. Can't you understand that?

There have been plenty of suicidal cases of celebrities because of some untrue and hurtful rumours. Having killed an innocent person like that, do the anti-fans feel good about it?

Celebrities do what they do in front of tv because of their job. It is their personality, you have no say over it. If you hate them so much, you can jolly well just dont watch it! Why do you have to spread hurtful comments and curse them? Getting so much fans show their capabilities and the fans' personal preferences. Just accept it. You can jolly well just NOT CARE. why do you have to hurt others and hurt yourself?

Posting hurtful comments on the net will not only hurt all those who care for the person but you are simply getting yourself into big trouble. Just get on with your life. Nobody will bother about you. but once you start creating havoc, tens of thousands of people will begin to hate you. Is that how you want to become famous?

Just to make people know you, you resort to such dirty tricks. Is that worthwhile?

Just think about it, what will you do if someone begins to curse and say hurtful things about u, your favourite person, the ones you really care about, what will you do?

If you truly understand, please stop. Stop hurting Show. Stop hurting yourself. Stop hurting his fans. Seriously, no one deserves such a treatment. Do unto others what you want others to do to you.

OF cuz, we need to study, but we need to have a break first! take a breather! go out a day or two with ur friends, come home, and bury urself in books. this is the best way to get stuff in ur mind. Rather than studying and studying and studying without anything getting inside ur already memory full brain...

Here are my plans...

Saturday
. Go gym
. Start studying (any subject is fine)
. Take a break at around 4 or 5.
. Continue after dinner.

Sunday
. Church
. If can, go amkhub
. If not, slack the whole day until after dinner.
. Study any subject i want.

Monday
. If can, go out with friends.
. If not, start studying at 11, end at around 3 or 4.
. Slack a lil, continue at 6 (dun forget to watch 100% entertainment!)
. After dinner, continue studying. (repeat also never mind. liddat get more into ur brain)

Tuesday
. Same plan.
. maybe go out with mummy

Wednesday
. CCA from.. 9 to 4? i think.
. Come home, bathe, watch 100% entertainment.
. Start revising for 1 hour at around 10pm.

Thursday
. Extra lessons from 8.30 to 1.30 -_-
. Go out with Vanessa n fiona. Hopefully can go out till 6 or 7.

Friday
. Finish all the homework i have left.
. Study until lunch time.
. Slack a lil..
. Continue until 5! (u know for wat)
. After dinner, continue doing work.

Saturday
. Go gym again.
. DUNWAN STUDY LIAO.

After some calculation... this week, i'll study about.... 24 to 26 hours. thats quite an accomplishment after ive accomplished it. :)

happy teachers day!
today... spent rather wastedly.

didnt study much.. only completed mensuration 4a. sighs, juz dun feel like studying lehs. i hope during september holidays i will have the motivation to start studying. I've more or less improved for CA2.. got plenty As, and i believe thts because of project works.. I really really hope i can maintain.. suddenly i have the desire to take triple science next year.. im trying to make myself focus and study hard. i will definitely start studyin in september hols and wont stop until exams are over! im really scared i will get too complacent and start to slack again...
O God, please bless me, and all my friends for the next major exam and all of us will get into a good class next year! Amen.
